These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thwordle, the daily word puzzle game available at thwordle.top ("the Game," "we," "us," or "our"). By playing Thwordle, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't play Thwordle or use our services.

About Thwordle Word Game

Thwordle is a daily word puzzle game that challenges players to guess a hidden word within six attempts. Our game features various themed word collections including Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC Comics, and Greek Mythology vocabularies.

Acceptable Use of Thwordle

Fair Gameplay

• Play Thwordle honestly without using automated tools, bots, or cheating software
• Don't share daily puzzle answers publicly before the reset time (spoiler-free community)
• Respect the daily puzzle format - one puzzle per day per player
• Don't attempt to manipulate game statistics or leaderboards

Account Responsibility

• Provide accurate information when creating your Thwordle account
• Keep your account credentials secure and don't share login details
• You're responsible for all activities under your account
• Report suspected unauthorized access immediately

Community Guidelines

• Be respectful in any community features or discussions about Thwordle
• Don't use offensive language in usernames or shared content
• Respect other players' achievements and progress
• No harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior toward other word game enthusiasts

Game Content and Intellectual Property

Thwordle Ownership

• All Thwordle game content, including word lists, puzzles, and themed collections, belongs to us
• The Thwordle name, logo, and branding are protected by trademark and copyright laws
• Game mechanics, scoring systems, and user interface design are our intellectual property

User-Generated Content

• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects game availability

• We backup game data regularly but recommend players track important milestones
• In rare cases of data loss, we'll restore from the most recent backup available

Prohibited Activities in Thwordle
